Evelyn's Time Out

When Evelyn does something naughty like dance on the kitchen table or stand on the back of the couch we put her into her play yard for a time out. She usually gets a verbal warning before she is sentenced to time out, and no there aren't any toys in the play yard.

She's sitting on her princess car that plays music. I'd forgotten that I had to take the car away from her and put it on the bookshelf next to the play yard. Apparently, she can reach stuff on the book shelf from the play yard. It was so cute I had to snap a picture to remind myself not to put toys within reach of her time out place.
