Little Truckee River

I went to the Little Truckee River between Boca and Stampede Reservoirs. I had been up since noon the day before, because I was working night crew for Safeway. At the end of the day, I had been up for 34 hours. The things we do for fishing.

The fishing was pretty slow in the morning, but this hill looked inviting. I decided to take it for a ride. I didn't have a sled or a snowboard, so I improvised.



The fishing picked up in the afternoon. I hooked around 10 fish and landed 3 of them. Here are a couple of pictures of typical LT rainbows.
