Happy St. Patricks' Day
Today we had corned beef and cabbage. It turned out really good despite the fact that when Bryan called the night before with a recipe question I couldn't remember how to cook it. When you only have it once a year it's hard for me to remember the recipe. I even made Irish soda bread. I've never made it before, it tasted more like a giant biscuit. Evelyn wore as much green as she possibly could. She looked so cute, unfortunately I didn't get any pictures of her. I did get some cute pictures of Elaine in her St. Patrick's Day dress. Isn't she a cutie?

ReplyDeleteYou are so good. I think I remember at the end of the day about St. Patricks. Maybe I should try my hand at Irish soda bread. Love that stuff!
